Hi all
I'm trying to get a report that shows how much time we spend on each ticket TYPE based on SITE.
I can't seem to find the TIME SPENT field in the STATISTICS tab.
The fields on my ticket form are shown in the attachment. I can get a report to show number of each ticket type per site, not can't find a way to include TIME UNITS.
we are running OTRS 3.0.11 (old I know)
