How to show service in ticket information? [Solved]
How to show service in ticket information? I want to have service visible in Ticket Information panel which is available in every ticket when viewing as agent.

I do not understand.
When I have a service attached to a ticket, I get the information about it shown.

When I create new ticket I can choose service for it --> see attachment otrs1.jpg
And I want to display chosen service here -->see attachment otrs2.jpg
