No access to "IPhoneObject"

Hi to all,

I'm new on OTRS and I have install on my android the DSHelpdesk app.
I also have installed the PhoneHandle versão 1.3.3 but when trying to connect fom my phone it gives: No access to "IPhoneObject"" Can someone help me.

Hi to all,

this is an OTRS version for windows.
All works ok, only this message "No access to "IPhoneObject"" appears when trying to access from Android phone with DSHelpdesk aplication.
This is because the OTRS version is not the version 5?

The iPhone Object is not passed any more to clients due to a security update. Si I suggest that the vendor of the App rleases a version which will work with the current iPhone interface or much better via GenericInterface

Can you check which method of the object is fetched? (Webserver Logs)

What I have in my logs is:

please check your sysconfig ( iPhoneHandle -> API) and also check with original iphone app

Is OTRS only compatible with one specific app?

OTRS is compatible with its own app. For issues with other apps please contact their vendor.
