After upgrade from otrs 4 to otrs 5 I received the following message ''The browser you are using is too old." at index.pl agent side, end the customer side give me the next message
"You don't have permission to access /otrs/customer.pl on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

The upgrade went well without any error.

I am guessing it is about an apache2 config error. The previous Apache was 2.2 the new Apache 2.4.

Your instincts may be on point. Make sure your apache conf includes the updated https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-5 ... clude.conf

and make sure cache folders are with right permissions. check documentation about how to do that

I realised when upgrade from otrs 4 to otrs 5, I forgot the update to the latest otrs 4 release. When I upgrade to the latest OTRS 4 release I managed to upgrade to OTRS 5 and it is working perfectly.
