Sometimes our operator change a ticket state to "closed (invoiced)" (it is a state that we have defined, a closed state).
But sometimes, customers reply to this ticket, but we don't want to reopen it, we want to open a new ticket.
We don't want to reopen it only if the state if "closed (invoiced)".
Is it possible ?
