Hi!
I have a strange problem after upgradeing from 3.xxx to 4.0.14 last weekend.
If an agent sets an ticket to close pending and the customer closes the ticket this happens:
1. The agent gets an look timeout notification and the ticket is unlocked from the agent
2. All agents gets the follow up notification from the customers close article
Is there an turned over default setting?
Where can I controll this behaviour?
