Hi,
we are group of companys using different OTRS Systems for the moment. Now we want to migrate to one system. Our Problem:
each group has a different ticket hook (eg. Ticket#, XXX# ...)
Question one:
Is it possible to have different ticket hooks. Because we want to keep the different hooks for each company?
Question two (if we change the hook)
is it possible that the old hook will also identified? for example when a customer answers to an old ticket with the old hook.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, but the System ID is the identifier.

Or, if you need multiple hooks in one OTRS, no. It's not possible for generation, though you might be able to look it up with development.
