On earlier versions of OTRS when agent changes owner, Article fields is already filed with predefined fields (Subject and Text). Now on OTRS 5.0.1 it is blank and agent is forced to fill those fields. Is there any way to auto fill those data? Or at least to disable mandatory fields so agent can only change owner without need to write anything?
