add dynamic field to agent dashboard

hey guys, i want to see a dynamic field i added to a ticket in the agents dashboard. how do i magnage this? so on the dashboard i see "ecalatedtickets","new tickets" and "pending tickets". but i only see the ticket number, title and time since creation. now i want to see the thing i typed into my dynamic field. and i want to sort for this dynamic field if its possible

i am alos looking for same - is this possible - as i am able to add QUEUE, STATE, PRIORITY on dashboard but unable to do the same fro DYNAMIC field. Please suggest

Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard
Choose the dashlets you want to add to.
type the name (with DynamicField_) and choose 1 for available or 2 for show by default.

From the show more link:
Parameters for the dashboard backend of the new tickets overview of the agent interface. "Limit" is the number of entries shown by default. "Group" is used to restrict the access to the plugin (e. g. Group: admin;group1;group2;). "Default" determines if the plugin is enabled by default or if the user needs to enable it manually. "CacheTTLLocal" is the cache time in minutes for the plugin. Note: Only Ticket attributes and Dynamic Fields (DynamicField_NameX) are allowed for DefaultColumns. Possible settings: 0 = Disabled, 1 = Available, 2 = Enabled by default.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

no - its not working - there is no changes in dashboard - i cant see dynamic field - pls see attached screen shot.

There is no attached screenshot.
You still may need to drag the field to make it visible.
