I am sorry, how to execute : Kernel::System::Console::Command::Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch from Console?

Or to set the question in some other way: Changing the in Daemon -> Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task MailAccountFetch from 10 minutes to 2 does not have any effect. What else could be done?
