Hi,
Getting below error while connecting with exchange server

[Fri Nov 20 13:25:16 2015][Info][Kernel::System::MailAccount::EWS::Fetch] Message : Email::Simple=HASH(0x7f30ceb984f0)
[Fri Nov 20 13:25:16 2015][Error][Kernel::System::Main::Require][100] Need module!
[Fri Nov 20 13:25:16 2015][Error][Kernel::System::MailAccount::EWS::Fetch][131] EWS: Can't process mail
Note:-Email are getting deleted from exchange server when fetch mail is clicked, but they are not processing in OTRS, also their is no Postmaster filter is configure for ignore of ticket.

I don't know an EWS module by default. Did you upgraded your OTRS?
