Instead of blaming you could fix the documentation. There's no information where to get the .tar.gz, this is only given in the installation part of the manual.

So I assume, the OP did not read the docs.

As per documentation i am following the steps,i thought may be insted of downloading rpm i can downlaod .tar.gz that why ask to you.
we all are prfessional this kind of comments are not acceptable

There's a link for lots of different options, including .zip and .tar.gz and all the .rpms ...

Let's say you didn't go that route. OTRS is on github, so you can download a .zip (Click the button on the right) by tag...

While I won't yell at you, it would be helpful to know where you looked and how you looked prior to asking this forum about the location of the file. It should be a reasonable assumption that visitors to a help forum somehow, probably, already have downloaded the app before posting. Even the obvious web search could have been useful.
