How do i enable CMDB tab in OTRS.

install the needed ITSM Modules
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Never change Defaults.pm! :: Blog

We have installed all the modules.Any specific module that you suggest?

ITSMConfigurationManagement

If it is installed, check permissions and relogin

Thanks Jojo.We had used an incorrect login.Logging to administrator worked.
