Delting config item class

Hi,

We are trying to delete catalog class using OTRSITSMConfigDelete.pl file.We are receiving the following error

There are NO config items to delete.

Please help

What parameter are you providing ? ARE there config items to delete?

You don't use this script to delete config item CLASSES.

How do atleast rename them? Is there a way to delete them?

Navigate in the Admin view to General Catalog and select:

Code: Select all

ITSM::CONFIGITEM::CLASS

There you can set classes to invalid, or rename them.
