I want to send a notification to the customer when a ticket state changes to pending.
There must be 2 different notifications for 2 different queues.
Is it possible to set multiple event notifications for the same event based on queues?
No mail notification is sent when I select queues in the event notifications. Otherwise it works fine.

You really shouldn't need to spam/update the customer on items that the customer doesn't need to address. Or that doesn't show progression on the ticket's actual work status. Screen shots?
