Hi, I am a newbie with OTRS. I just installed OTRS 4 on my dedicated server. I need to add a custom column in the ticket overview (small), containing time and date when the ticket is closed. How i can achieve this?
Another question...there is some good app for mobile? I tried Iphonehandle package with ds helpdesk for android but its not so good
there's no dedicated field for "closed". If you hard-close (not using an auto close state) you could use the "last changed" attribute. Though that will of course show the last date something changed on the ticket, even after a close.
For your second question, you could upgrade to 5.x. There they use adaptive / responsive design, which removes the need for a dedicated app.
