I would need help with reseting ticketID number to 1. I moved OTRS system from testing site to production system. On test system I generated few test ticked that were deleted during migration. Everything works ok on production site, except tickedID.
Ticket ID is set to number beyond 500, but in /opt/otrs/var/log/TicketCounter.log number 9 is present. Number in /opt/otrs/var/log/TicketCounter.log is increasing if I create new ticket.
Is something written in database maybe and I forgot to delete? I used folowing instructions to delete tickets (http://itsm-demo.otrs.com/otrs/public.p ... ;ItemID=54).
I use OTRS 4.0.11 on Centos with MySQL DB.
