"My Services" empty for agents

Post by JSouzaF »

Hi,

I can't figure out why, for all of the agents, no services are shown under "My Services" in their "Edit Agent" screen.

I have about 20 services registered on OTRS. There are no (at least that I'm aware of) configurations of roles/groups related to Services themselves.

I do filter my services based on queues for ticket creation and editing only, through ACLs.. Made no sense but I invalidated all of my ALCs to be sure and still no services showing up. Also, to try if there were permission issues, I created a temporary role with RW to all of my groups and assigned to an admin user but nothing happened again.

I don't really know what else to look for.. any tips?

Using OTRS 4.0.8

Are they default services?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes, all of the services I created are set default at "Customer User <-> Services" in admin area. They work perfectly for the the tickets and for all costumers.

My problem is that I can't assign them as "My Services" for any agent, because the list is always empty.

Do you have a hierarchic structure for your services?

In our company we have set 2 main services as invaild ones and created sub-services that are used.

When your have the main services as invalid then neither the main-services nor the suc services are shown in My Services.

If you want to show them there you have to put the main services valid.

maybe this could fix your problem
