Mail Notification showing up in Customer Frontend

Hi All.

I'm using OTRS 3.2.3 and after updated from 3.2.2 every time the Agent send a External Note to the Customer.. it's showing the Note and the Email Notification in the Customer FrontEnd.

If I put the notification as Internal, don't show up, but don't send the email even.

Have any way to solve this?

I don't understand the question. Seems to be working as intended.
A note external SHOULD be shown on the customer frontend, whereas a note SHOULDN'T.

If you want to send emails, use email external/internal...
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Thanks for the Reply.

That's the point. The Note it's externed with no problem, but the System Notifiction (informing the client he have a new Ticket Update) it's showing too in the Customer Frontend.

In Fact,the same note showing up twice, the first in the right format, but the second like a Mail System notification.

I change de Notification to Email-Notification-Internal without lucky.
