Hi,
When i close a ticket i need to put a required field, the field solution. I need to put it becouse it cant close te ticket if the solutions field is empty. Can do it is??

Sure!
Create a dynamic field (e.g. Dropdown) and add that field in the SysConfig under Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewClose -> Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketClose###DynamicField
The value should be 2, then it's a required field.
