OTRS 5.0.2 Escalation Notification not working

OTRS 5.0.2 Escalation Notification not working
Hi,
I recently installed OTRS 5.0.2, all the notifications works fine but the escalation notifications doesn't work.
I already tried with the queue and SLA-Service and both doesn't send the notification, is there any special configuration (SysConfig) in order to the escalation notifications work?

Hey, this is a bug and will be fixed in Version 5.0.5. There is an missing sysconfig entry.

Hello , I upgraded OTRS to the version 5.0.5 but i still have the same problem , OTRS don't send email when a ticket is created, moved in another queued...

for me it is working, check if the user has checked all notifications

If I create a ticket the customer received the ticket but OTRS technician mailbox don't received any emails.

I configure like this image for user preferences :

And i have configured the queues so otrs should be notified otrs technician when a ticket is created, moved to other queues... But the problem is not solved...

Also you won't be notified (by default) for things you do yourself.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
