Hello everyone.
When I generate stats for particular queue in my OTRS 3.3.9 I receive a CSV file with list of 200 tickets.
But when I run "Search" fir the same queue I receive list of 220 tickets. These 20 tickets are tickets with no "Service" assigned.
However I'd like to have these tickets also in CSV file listed. Is it possible somehow? I can't get it work even if I select all Services in stats creation wizard.

deselect the services in the Stats Wizzard
