Check Core::Session in Sysconfig
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

The session timeout has nothing to do with the database.

how to increase session time as if not every 5 mins automatic logout is happen

check the log. OTRS session is several hours.

Check if your IP is changing or cookie is not stored
