Hello,
When i change the queue and the owner in the "Owner" screen, the owner is changed and the queue is changed.
This is good but i also want the ticket to be locked on the new owners name.
When i go to the "Owner" screen and only change the owner and not the queue, the owner changes and the ticket is locked on the new owners name.
what happens now: Go to "owner" -> Change queue and owner -> Ticket set to the new owner and put in the desired queue without a lock.
what i want is: Go to "owner" -> Change queue and owner -> Ticket is locked on new owner and put in the desired queue.
Thanks in advance,
No lock after switching owner

Re: No lock after switching owner
Thanks for the answer.
Its disabled.
What we do now is. First switch Queue manually. then open "Owner" Leave Queue empty (-) and then choose the new owner.
Then the ticket is locked to the new owner in the right queue.
ForceOwnerResetOnMove is something totally different.

You're absolutely right. This is the wrong one, please check the setting for Ticket::EventModulePost###910-ForceUnlockOnMoveMCAZN wrote: ForceOwnerResetOnMove is something totally different.

Re: No lock after switching owner
Thanks alot.
Hmm to bad. When an agents moves a locked ticket to another queue we want ForceUnlockOnMove to be enabled.
Just with switching owner we dont want it
Think i just have to live with this thing then.
Thanks for your answer you helped me!
