Outgoing Email - default title and other fields

Hi community
OTRS 5.0.5

I would ask how to change default values in "Outgoing Email" widnow.

In sysconfig I can set default note text, default title and many other things for Phone calls, for notes, etc.

But opening Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewEmailOutbound I can't see any fields responsible for Title, default body, etc.

thats correct. You can use templates for the Body.

To reply to customer use reply functionaltiy

I know that, but maybe there is some unofficial way how to do what I want?
Maybe edit some source files ??

To Reply to the customer, use the Reply/Template functionality. For the most part, it does everything you're asking. That *is* the workaround for [not] using the correct button.

Otherwise you're using a "clean" "let's make an email" function.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
