Hi
Ich habe nach Anleitung die Datenbank und die Map für die Nutzung der Telefonnumer vorbereitet. Wenn ein Kunde angelegt wird werden diese Daten auch von der Maske abgefragt und gespeichert.
Leider werden diese Daten nicht im Ticket selber auf der rechten Seite unter Kundeninfo aufgeführt, nur die 6 standart Angaben.
Wo stelle ich das ein oder was muss ich noch modifizieren?
Ich nutze Version 2.3.4

nach meiner Auffassung kann das so nicht funktioniern weil du in deiner Config.pm gar kein mapping hast

Schäm ich habe das leider in der Default.pm gemacht
manchmal sieht man den wald vor lauter bäumen nicht
jetzt habe ich es aber definitiv der config drin, hier der auszug, denn es funst immer noch nicht, oder wird das jetzt erst bei neuen ticktest angewendet?

Habs gefunden das Flag "shown" ist falsch gesetzt.
Habs per c&p von der pdf Anleitung übernommen. Dort steht es auf Seite 117 auf off.
