ok from what I understand he'll have to manipulate variables and then retrieve my satisfaction survey, I will try to set up a limesurvey server.

do you have a list of variables otrs to give me please?

OK problem solved !

I've configured Limesurvey server and the templates OTRS , for it i add a link to redirect to my satisfaction survey with the wanted variables in my templates
