Clone otrs 2.3.6

Hi, am new to OTRS system, here i have otrs 2.3.6 version, I need to update this version to latest, So I planned to clone the live system. Live system have this url eg. liveotrs.net/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl, I have created the new test url for clone eg test.liveotrs.net/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl. I copie all the files from live system, and DB also I changed the URL and DB details in Config.pm file But when I execute test site i got the error "Not Found The requested URL /otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl was not found on this server.". Please any one help to find the problem and make the clone and update to latest.

How should i configure, I created the subfolder name with 'test' under otrs live running, for test site I root with the 'test' folder.
Please guide me to install in localhost also.
