Hat jemand vielleicht bereits shibboleth mit OTRS implementiert?
Wenn das der Fall sein sollte, bitte ich mich zu kontaktieren um Details zu besprechen. Welche wege es im OTRS gibt und was man alles dafür tun sollte.

Ich hätte jetzt erwartet, dass seitens OTRS die Unterstützung gegen sein muss.

Im OTRS muss das HTTPBasicAuth als Auth-Modul verwendet werden und der Rest ist Apache-Konfig...
