How can I preload the subject of an outbound email
When I am going to send an outbound email, the showed form preload the email subject with the number of ticket. How can I configure OTRS in order that the showed form preload the email subject with the number and title of the ticket?

we usually just click reply.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
