Hi,
I am newbie to OTRS and the forums. This might be repeat question but am not able to find the correct answer to this problem.
We installed OTRS to for testing purpose to check out the features and get familiar with the features and usage. We got it working well with a generic gmail id.
OTRS version is 5.0.1 and Exchange version is 2013.
Now we want to move this to production environment. Our email server is Exchange 2013, so want to know what all settings do I need to do?
I have configured the Exchange email id in the PopMaster Mail Accounts with all the details but am not able to fetch emails from the server (Both IMAP and IMAPS fail). I know some configuration is required on the Exchange server side for emails also.
Please help with all the settings that are required on the Exchange Server so that I can ask the email admin for making the required changes.
thanks in advance!!

Re: Configuring Exchange 2013
Better consult your Exchange admin, this is not an OTRS topic. Maybe there's not IMAP connector configured?

Root Sir, Thanks for the reply.
I want to know the settings that I need to ask the Exchange admin to do, so that the same work from OTRS side.
thanks

A working IMAP connector will be enough

Re: Configuring Exchange 2013
- make sure IMAP service is running
- add you otrs IP to the the receive connector
- do you need authentifcation ?
- setup (well don't know in 2013 but in 2010) Server Configuration > Client Access > Pop3 and IMAP tab > IMAP4 settings
Remember check OTRS system log.
Centos 7 / OTRS::ITSM 6 Business Solutions / MariaDB / Apache

Thanks all to help solve this and get this working!!
A working IMAP and pop3 connector on the exchange server was enough to get this going.
