Hi friends,
My Otrs is not sending emails... In the log file this message appers:
[Tue Jan 19 10:15:39 2016][Error][Kernel::Modules::AdminSMIME::Run][38] S/MIME support is disabled in Kernel::Config::SMIME.
Someone can help me please?

Go to sysconfig and enable SMIME support. (Framework -> Crypt::SMIME)
