This depends on your requirements, but there the Generic Interface for example.

You should define what "integrate ... tool" means. With GenericInterface it's possible to do API calls on the project management tool and you can receive API calls *from* the tool. That way it's simple to exchange information...
But as long as you don't post more details (e.g. do you want to exchange data - to save on ticket etc, to create issues/workorders in the pm tool? do you need forms/dialogs in otrs for projectmanagement?) it's not possible to help you...

Some of my customers use the OTRS::ITSMChangeManagement for project management... It's a free addon. You may need to make some changes to make it fit your needs.
