Prefill subject and mail body with template text after selecting Service

Hello,

OTRS 5.0.6 - menu 'Tickets'->'New phone ticket'. During filling in this form there is 'Service:' combo menu. After selecting something in 'Service:' I would like to have 'Subject:' and 'Text:' auto-filled with predefined text. Is it possible to do? Any hint how to do this?

not possible without development, I think.

You can use Templates, but they are based on a queue.
