Ticket Overview is empty

Hi

The Ticket Queue Overview shows empty, even when there are tickets in a couple of queues.

I have admin access, all queues assigned and full access, however I can't get this panel to work (besides, it isn't translated :lol: and im working in Spanish)

I found out that this is supposed to get fixed with OTRS 5.0.6, so I did the job, but it doesn't work yet.

Any clue about it?

Hi,

tickes should be un-locked and you need to have rw permissions. And then they are shown.

Tickets need to be unlocked to be in queue view? That makes no sense and should be reversed.
OTRS 5 on CentOS 7.1

Hi.

No, tickets don't need to be unblocked so I can find them in Overview.

It was another issue with Groups-Roles issue.

I change the Grupo "users" to "Usuarios", and somethings stop working out.

I change it back and overview start working again
