Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Problem, Dynamische Felder (Artikel) werden nicht in der Ticket Information angezeigt.
Sind natürlich im Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom auf aktiv gesetzt.
Ich nutze OTRS in der Version 5.0.6, ist das so gewollt oder ist das ein Bug?
Hat einer einen Lösungsansatz??
