How to know if my plugins are compatible with otrs 4??

I need to upgrade my OTRS 3.3.18 to 4, and in the future to 5 but i have many questions.... First of all i have a plugin to export a survey but i dont know if it is compatible with newest version as 4 or 5.
The plugins name is OTRS Package - Survey Export https://github.com/tuxwerk/OTRS-SurveyExport
There is something to test the compatibility?

It is not compatible. For updated packages you might contact the vendors/creators of the packages or need to delete them if there are no newer versions
