Hi,
our agents are being set as owner or responsible, but if other agent, (also them self) replies to a ticket their are not receiving the email followup
I mean:
Owner replies: responsible not receiving notification.
Responsible replies: owner not receiving notification.
other agent with RW access to the ticket replies: owner/responsible are not receiving notification.
any help for this?

thats actually correct behaviour of the system. Only follow ups (customer -> otrs) or notes will be received
