How To use ACL to show specific options at search module??? help!!!

Hi,

When i log in with a expecific user i need to view only a some thing when i search.
For example i need to view only a especific SLA or services to do search. (In the photo I need to see what is highlighted in yellow)

Yes, this is the customer interface. I need to see only the underlines yellow words and i dont know how to do it...

Hi,

check the doc.otrs.org ACL section.

If you don't find anything there, and no answers here... it is most likely that there is no possibility for ACL in search.
