Especial Queue????

Hi,

Whe i login with a customer user i need to cant open a ticket in a X queue but can add a note or close ticket, it is possible???

Should be possible with an ACL that filters to the Action (don't know the exact name, should be CustomerNewMessage or MessageCompose or something) and forbid that certain queue.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

At the filters of Action i have only AgentTicketBounce,AgentTicketClose,AgentTicketCustomer,AgentTicketCompose... only AgentTicket

In version 4.x I can filter for Properties -> Frontend -> Action -> CustomerTicketMessage
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
