I have been using OTRS for Windows since past 2 years ago. Recently and I have some issue with my Windows Desktop which I wanted to migrate the existing OTRS to another new desktop which is running on Windows 7.
I have done my new installation of OTRS 3.3.13 into a new Window 7 Desktop and it work fine. Now i need to migrate the data and configuration from Old OTRS to new OTRS. When I goto old OTRS Admin -> Package Manager and it prompt me below :-
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@somenet.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
I need to install OTRS CloneDB so that i can backup and restore into new OTRS desktop. Anyone can help me on this ?

The CloneDB addon is used to migrate from one database vendor to another e.g. from Oracle to MySQL. Just follow the backup and restore section in the manual.
P.S.: You should consider upgrading, 3.3.x is outdated and Windows as a platform for OTRS is not well known as a performance monster

Thank you for your kind respond and I appreciate it.
I also know 3.3.xx is outdated and version 3.3.xx is only supported by Windows platform.
I am not good and expert in Linux and there is why I don't know how to migrate it from Windows to Linux.
Another issue is my OTRS 3.3.xx are using MSSQL and I also understand the latest OTRS did not support MSSQL anymore.
I have been cracking my head searching around in google on how to do the migration and I really let it go as more of the information I gather are not complete.
I am not sure if I could just copy the whole OTRS directory from old server to new server and it will work ? as there is a lot of setting and configuration in my old server I have configured.
Appreciate if you can guide me
