Link to all tickets - ticketview

I would like to add a link in the customer information ticketview. If we look at a ticket today we have a simular link to "all open tickets" in the customer information space. Is it possible to have a link with all tickets (closed, open etc.) for each customer ? Then it will be easy to take a look at older tickets reportet by that same customer. See attachment!

Of course, but it is nice to have that shortcut when you are looking at a specific ticket. Then you have the ticket-history for that customer one click away.
