We have a OTRS Applicance 4.0.6 + Debian + PostgreSQL and now we want to migrate to OTRS 5.7 + CentOS + MySQL.
Has anyone experience?
Is this possible or its better to migrate OTRS 5.7 + Postgresql

Hi,
you should first do the migration to the same version on your new machine.
Then do a upgrade to latest 5.0.x
Version 5.7. is not available
