Message: IMAPS: Auth for user qwerty@qwerty.xyz failed!


This message appears several times a day despite the fact that manually checking mail works and automatic fetching mail near always work without any issues. Mail server is outlook365 cloud mail so we can exclude occasional mail server malfunction. Mail account and password remains unchanged on otrs and mail server for years. That is why can not understand this error: " Message: IMAPS: Auth for user qwerty@qwerty.xyz failed!" if everything is verified to be correct.

1. How to stop otrs from making such false error messages?
2. How to make otrs aggregate all such false error reports and send one error message daily with summary of how many mail errors per day?
3. How to pipe all error messages to one junk email address instead of spamming administrator?

Not quite, there have been a few problems with office365. I have read a topic about this, but can't find it now :-(
