I've been searching for answers but I cannot find specific one.
1. Let's say there is a queue "Help", and its subqueue: "XYZ".
2. All e-mails from @xyz.com go to Help::XYZ thanks to incoming mail filter.
3. Now, through configuration of queue-group-customer there is a Customer , let's say "customer@xyz.com".
4. This customer has access to Help::XYZ.
Big question: what should be done in configuration (if it's possible of course) in order to allow this customer@xyz.com view (through customer panel -> company tickets) all tickets in the Help::XYZ queue ?
This customer can see tickets created via customer panel (by other customer), but cannot see tickets that went to the Help::XYZ queue via e-mail.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
