Hi there,
I have done my first steps in OTRS. I managed to have the latest version running fine on CentOS 7 and also implemented Active Directory authentification of customers and agents. During first tests I encountered a problem regarding email notification.
Even though my agent account is set in the notification and my agent account is enabled for this specific notification, I simply don't receive an email. I also made sure that my agent account has the correct information set in its account information.
When I put the same email address into "additional email addresses" in the notification, it will send out an email.
Is it possible to track down the problem? Since this is my first installation I would be glad to receive a hint which log files to inspect for further information.

I solved it myself. Obviously OTRS uses different email addresses for System Mails and Notifications. My problem was the standard notification address (otrs@fqdn). The standard syntax here is most likely not accepted the mail server. I change the below shown values through sysconfig, now it's working.
