Create a ticket when i send email.

Hi,

I want to create a ticket automaticlly when i send a email. For a example, i am a client and i send email to xxxxxx@team.com and OTRS automatically detect email in this account and create a ticket. It is posible??? HOW to do it?? Thanks you!

This is a standard feature. You have to add the email account in the admin area and run the cronjob postmaster_account.

When i fetch email i see this error.... why??

i solve error and can fetch email OK but i cant configure filters.. and ALL email its open a ticket.
