Greetings,
Is there anyway to enable rich-text formatting for the following Notification Tag:
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[6]>
The default plain text version jumbles everything up; which sometimes makes it difficult to successfully read the information added.
Rich-Text option for <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[6]>

Yes. Notification wasn't intended to do anything more than notify someone to come back to the otrs site.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Are you sure?crythias wrote:Yes. Notification wasn't intended to do anything more than notify someone to come back to the otrs site.
When I have a Notification (event) triggered by ArticleCreate, <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[99]> works and sends HTML.
However if the trigger is a TicketCreate, it sends in plain text
