Is it possible to create a ticket in otrs with prefilled fields? For example after opening ticket form the mail body is filled in by default with text where agent fills in empty space with additional information.

To create own forms, you have to copy the AgentTicketPhone (or AgentTicketEmail) files (frontend module and templates) and make the changes you need.
