I'm sorry about my english, it isn't my native language.
I have a problem
My customer want to get a email with full history when agent closed a ticket.
I can't fount tag (e.g. <OTRS_TICKET_*>, <OTRS_CUSTOMER_DATA_*> and etc) for it.
I ask in google, but don't found any answer.
Could you help me?
Thanks in advice!

there is no such a thing.
Send the customer a manual email with the solution and close the ticket in the same screen
